Earth, Spirit, Action seeks to address the root cause of our current ecological and climactic crisis – human’s separation from the earth.

“The spiritual blight of separation -- from each other and the Earth -- plagues modern humanity and is the underlying root of the ecological crisis of or our times; the culturally conditioned, competitive, isolated self is the engine of the 6th extinction spasm currently unfolding around us,” said John Seed.

“In this workshop, we participate in a series of ceremonies and rituals synchronous with those used by indigenous peoples throughout time. Through experiential deep ecology exercises, despair work, music and poetry we remember our interconnectedness with air, water and soil and invite the spontaneous healing of psyche that takes place when we dissolve the illusion of our disconnection from the living Earth.”

John Seed is also hosting a Climate Change, Despair and Empowerment Australia tour which has attracted hundreds of people in eastern towns and cities. See www.rainforestinfo.org for more details.
