The "self" that mainstream psychology describes and purports to
heal does not exist. It is a social fiction. In reality the human
personality exists at the intersection of the ancient cycles of
air and water and soil. Without these there IS no self and any
attempt to heal, or enlighten the personality that doesn't ac-
knowledge this fundamental fact is doomed to failure.

There can be no separation between ourselves and Nature. We need only hold our breath for a few minutes to realise this. So much of the pain that we feel is the pain of the Earth. Who will feel the Earth's pain if not humanity?

To acknowledge our interconnectedness with air and water and soil, indeed our IDENTITY with them, is to invite the spontaneous healing of psyche. It is from these elements that psyche too is woven. Indeed the deep, personal realisation of our billions of years of evolution in this universe, AS this universe, this is the fundamental healing that we crave .

Using philosophical inquiry, personal sharing and experiential deep ecology exercises, we will excavate the obstructions  between person and planet. Vision and empowerment arise naturally from realigning ourselves with the Earth.
