The program will last approximate an hour-and-a-half.
And don't forget tonight's Critical Mass bike ride, Tracks-N-Action.
Saturday, April 19th
5:00 PM for cyclists, skaters and bladers. Meet at Union Square Park South.
5:30 PM for people on foot. Meet at the old bandshell in Central Park
(enter at East 72 St).
When a bunch of no-oil-burning bikes come from union square and meet up
with a whole lot of freaky folks on foot, only good things can happen.
Cause we're going to deliver our Earth Day Wishes to the Mayor. And we're
going to have a roving after-party.
Drummers, stiltwalkers, dancers, fire jugglers, the Underwater Global
Warming Task Force, Dancetube and many, many others.
Bring drums, noisemakers, green gear, food and beverages. And bring a
recyclable plastic bottle with your Earth Day Wish folded inside.

Sparing the World's Rainforests from Consumption
Rainforest Relief works to protect the world's remaining tropical
and temperate rainforests by reducing the demand for the products
and materials of rainforest destruction such as timber and paper,
industrial agricultural products such as bananas, beef, coffee,
chocolate and cut flowers, and mining products
such as oil, gold and aluminum.
